Wine Shipping Policy
All wine shipments require an adult signature (21+) with valid ID.
Won't be home? No problem — simply select a nearby UPS Access Point at checkout for convenient pickup on your schedule.
New UPS policy: UPS will no longer reattempt wine deliveries. After a single missed delivery, your shipment will be automatically diverted to the nearest UPS Access Point, and you'll be responsible for picking it up there — UPS will not redeliver to your address.
Please note: If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery, we can only refund the cost of the wine — shipping charges are non-refundable. If the order has already shipped, you will be charged a UPS Rerouting Fee to change the destination.
