Why non-vintage?

Many people associate non-vintage wines with expensive Champagne. However we currently take this approach with many of our wines to ensure quality and a consistent flavor profile. We feel that blending wines is one of the essential crafts in winemaking and we encourge our wine makers to utilize the best possible grapes and wines for our blends and single varietal releases. We hope our consumers will come to associate our brand not only with our mission of rescuing dogs, but with the highest quality Lodi AVA grapes and wines.

We brought this out last for a dessert and cheese finish and it did not disappoint. The slight sweetness and the complexity from the champanoise process paired with both perfectly.
